Pest control for the way Bengaluru buildings work

Pick a service to see the signs we look for and how a visit is planned. Not sure which pest it is? Book an inspection and we will identify it on site.

Cockroach control

German cockroaches hide in kitchen cracks, fridge motors, and pipe chases. Larger cockroaches often come up from drains. We look for the nest, place gel baits and dust in cracks, and point out the habit that undoes the work: open food, a wet sink overnight, or cardboard behind the fridge.

  • Signs: night sightings, pepper-like droppings, a musty smell, egg cases in drawers.
  • Visit: inspection, crack treatment, drain advice, and a follow-up if activity continues.

Ant control

Ants follow a food trail from a balcony plant, a sugar jar, or a crack in the skirting. Spraying the line you can see often splits the colony. We trace it back and treat the path, then help you close the snack source.

  • Signs: a steady line, soil piled at a window track, ants in the pet bowl.
  • Visit: trail tracing, baiting, and advice on jars, bins, and balcony entry.

Bed bug control

Bed bugs hide in mattress seams, sofa folds, bed frames, and curtain hems. We send a prep list before the visit so a Bengaluru flat can actually be ready: laundry, clearing the floor edge, and access to the furniture.

  • Signs: itchy welts, dark spots on sheets, shed skins along the piping.
  • Visit: furniture inspection, targeted treatment, and a check on whether a second visit is needed.

Rodent control

Rats and mice use false ceilings, cable gaps, and the space under a door. We look for rub marks, droppings, and the entry, then combine trapping or baiting with proofing advice. Some gaps belong to the building. We will mark those instead of claiming a spray can seal concrete.

  • Signs: droppings, gnawed soap or wires, night noise in the ceiling.
  • Visit: entry survey, control, and a list of gaps to close.

Flies control

Flies breed in drains, wet waste, and food that sits out. Killing adults in the air does not stop the next hatch. We find the breeding spot in the kitchen, bin store, or floor trap and treat that, then clean if you book hygiene with the visit.

  • Signs: flies at the bin, maggots in a drain, activity around the prep counter.
  • Visit: source check, treatment, and waste-handling advice.

Mosquito control

In apartments the breeding water is often on the balcony: plant saucers, a blocked AC tray, a bucket, or a neighbour's cooler. We survey those sites, treat where larvae are present, and show you which water you can remove yourself.

  • Signs: bites at dusk, wrigglers in standing water, mosquitoes resting in bathrooms.
  • Visit: breeding-site check, treatment, and a short prevention list.

Termite control

After the monsoon, mud tubes appear on walls and door frames start to sound hollow. Swarmers near a light do not always mean the colony is inside your flat. We inspect wood, skirting, and moisture, then recommend a treatment that matches what we find.

  • Signs: mud tubes, discarded wings, hollow timber, bubbling paint over a gallery.
  • Visit: inspection, wood and soil treatment as needed, and a moisture note.

Bird control

Pigeons nest on AC ledges, sunshades, and shafts. Droppings stain the wall and block drains. We look at where they land and recommend spikes, netting, or a ledge change that does not trap birds.

  • Signs: nesting material, droppings on the ledge, noise at dawn.
  • Visit: site measure, proofing plan, and cleanup of droppings if you add cleaning.

Mold control

Mold on a bathroom ceiling or a wardrobe wall means moisture, not only a stain. We clean visible growth on household surfaces and point to the leak, the closed bathroom, or the cupboard that never dries. A building leak needs a plumber. We will say that clearly.

  • Signs: black or green patches, a musty room, paint that keeps blistering.
  • Visit: surface cleaning, drying advice, and a note on the moisture source.

Dust mite control

Dust mites thrive in mattresses, pillows, and soft sofas, especially in humid months. We focus on bedroom hygiene: hot washing guidance, vacuuming the bed edge, and treatment of soft furnishings where it helps allergy symptoms.

  • Signs: morning sneezing, itchy eyes in the bedroom, heavy dust in the mattress piping.
  • Visit: bedroom plan, furnishing treatment, and a wash routine you can keep.

Wasp control

A wasp nest on a balcony or under an eave should not be poked, blocked, or sprayed from a can. That scatters angry insects into the flat. We assess the nest, remove it with protective gear, and check for a second entrance.

  • Signs: wasps entering one crack, a papery nest, stings near a window.
  • Visit: nest assessment and removal. Keep people and pets indoors until we finish.

Spider control

Spiders follow the insects already in the home. We clear webs, treat harbour spots such as utility rooms and balcony corners, and reduce the prey by dealing with flies or cockroaches if those are the real issue.

  • Signs: webs in corners, egg sacs, spiders near outdoor lights.
  • Visit: web removal, spot treatment, and a check for the insects they are eating.

Flea control

Fleas stay in the pet's bed, the sofa, and the carpet edge even after the pet has been treated by a vet. We treat those resting spots and tell you what the vet still needs to handle on the animal. We do not replace veterinary care.

  • Signs: bites on ankles, fleas jumping from the pet bed, black specks in the fur.
  • Visit: floor and furnishing treatment, plus a wash plan for pet bedding.

Beehive removal

A hive near a stairwell or balcony door needs a calm plan. Do not block the entrance or spray it. We assess whether the colony can be relocated or has to be removed, and we keep residents clear of the flight path while we work.

  • Signs: heavy traffic into a cavity, comb visible under a ledge, honey stains.
  • Visit: assessment, relocation or removal, and a seal so a new swarm does not reuse the spot.

Silverfish control

Silverfish like damp paper: books, files, wallpaper, and linen cupboards that never dry. We treat the harbour and help you drop the humidity in that cupboard instead of spraying every shelf in the house.

  • Signs: small silver insects at night, notches in paper, yellow stains on cloth.
  • Visit: damp-spot inspection, targeted treatment, and storage advice.
